Eternal recruitment..

"You make known to me the path of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand."

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. " John 3:16

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. " Romans 6:23

"But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. " - 1 Timothy 1:16


What's familiar about Jesus' pose and message? What do you think he is pointing at? Does he talk about inheriting eternal life with Him?

This pic is similar as Uncle Sam pointed out everyone for US Army recruitment during World War I. On the other hand, Jesus is asking you for eternity. He wants us to be with His Father's abundant kingdom of righteousness. Although, sin has been hindering us to obtain the Life from Him.

It resulted from Adam and Eve's temptation which had resulted into death and suffering of the world. For several thousands of years, we tried to reason and understand God's love for us. Until, Jesus came to this world not only to fulfill form the Old Testament prophecies but, out of love for us. It is the reason why He sacrificed His life for us. Now that's the most amazing effort that he had done.

Right now, Jesus points at you to accept Him not only for eternity, but as your personal savior. I would like to pray for you to join with him;

Dear Lord Jesus,

I am sorry for what I've done. I have sinned against you. I really want to change for the better and to be with for eternity. I'm accepting you into my life. Please heal my heart and make it clean for you. You are the hope for my life. I'm ready to enter my life with you. Thank you for dying on the cross for me.
